asked the Minister for Transport and Power if he will state in respect of Córas Iompair Éireann Superannuation Scheme for wage grade employees (a) the number of employees covered, (b) the annual income from employees' contributions and the company's contributions in each of the past three years, (c) the number of pensioners and weekly amount paid in pensions to a recent convenient date, (d) the number of pensioners on various fixed rates of pension and the amount of weekly pension paid to each of these groups, (e) the amount standing to the credit of the scheme at the latest available date and how this money is invested; whether there is a similar scheme for the company's salaried staff; and, if so, if he will give similar information in respect of such a scheme.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to circulate a tabular statement with the Official Report giving the information required by the Deputy in relation to the CIE superannuation schemes.
