I would not accept the implication in the Deputy's question that our industrial relations difficulties are significantly attributable to the use of the lock-out weapon by State-sponsored companies.
However, I have all aspects of industrial relations under review and I am having discussions with representative organisations of both workers and employers on recent trends in industrial relations to see what steps are needed and can be taken to improve the position.
