The Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Finance has informed me that the legal formalities for the acquisition of the site for the new Garda station in Ballyfermot are expected to be completed shortly. The preparation of sketch plans of the new station has been put in hands, but it is not possible to indicate at this stage when building operations will commence.
Will the Minister do his best to expedite this?
