As regards (a), I have had this matter under consideration and it is my intention to consult the Poisons Council, as required under the Poisons Act, 1961, as soon as I have come to a conclusion as to what Regulations would be appropriate and practicable.
As regards (b), the Act does not provide for the nomination of a representative of agricultural workers to the Council.
