asked the Taoiseach the total quantity used by (1) State and (2) semi-State bodies of (a) petrol, (b) gas oil, (c) kerosene, (d) fuel oil, (e) lubricating oil and (f) grease.

With your permission, Sir, I propose to circulate in the Official Report a statement giving the available information for State Departments and semi-State bodies.

Following is the statement:

(The figures generally exclude usage by officials who are paid on the basis of mileage allowances for travelling).
