(Interruptions.)

Deputy Sweetman comes in here brusquely and brashly hurling insults at the Government. I want to say that I do not accept that from Deputy Sweetman.

Nobody knows what is happening.

Let me put this on the records of the House: the Taoiseach has broken his word to Deputy Cosgrave in relation to the Order of Business. The Taoiseach's Parliamentary Secretary——

That is untrue.

——has changed his mind four times in the past week about the Order of Business and the Government have broken every precedent in relation to the conduct of business——

Four changes were made to accommodate the Opposition.

That is untrue.

I deny entirely that I broke my word to Deputy Cosgrave or to anybody else.

It is true.

It is completely untrue.

Business was changed four times.

(Interruptions.)

This is the result of the local elections. You are leading from behind.

(Cavan): You have seven Taoiseachs over there.

(Interruptions.)

Order, please.

How can we have order when the Standing Orders are not respected?
