I move:
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to provide for the imposition of special customs duties on goods from abroad which have been dumped or subsidised, to provide for the establishment of a commission to be known as An Coimisiún um Mí-Allmhairiú with power to investigate complaints of dumping and, where appropriate, recommend the imposition of special customs duties and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
