asked the Minister for Local Government if his Department have received proposals from Kerry County Council to extend sewerage to Sandhil Road, Ballyheigue; and, if so, if he will state the present position of the proposal.
Kerry County Council's proposals for sewerage extension at Sandhil Road, Ballyheigue, have been approved by my Department.
I understand from the council, however, that the acquisition of the necessary wayleaves and sites for the scheme has not yet been completed.
