I am informed by Donegal County Council that they have received tenders for a scheme of ten houses at Newtowncunningham and are at present examining them, and that contract drawings are being prepared by them for a further scheme of eight dwellings at Ramelton. My approval has been sought, and will be given shortly, to the appointment by the Council of a consultant architect to design a further housing scheme at Lifford. I am not in a position, at this stage, to say when work will be commenced on any of these schemes.
