Vol. 235 No. 5

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 7, 6 and 8. If not already reached, it is proposed to take No. 8 after Questions and when completed, to resume the order. Questions will be taken at 2.30 p.m.

In view of the fact that there will probably be very little time between the end of the discussion on the Industrial Grants Bill and 5 o'clock, and this means tying up everyone, would the Taoiseach not agree that it would be as well not to resume the Order of Business? It would be different if it were a lengthy period.

Now who is delaying?

I withdraw my objection.

It is just as well to use up all the time we have.

Perhaps the Taoiseach would talk to the Minister beside him and ask him to stop filibustering.

I will answer every point.

The Minister is afraid to go to the country.

The people will answer the Minister.

The people will know all about it. You will not get this decided in ignorance. The people will know the facts.

It was prepared in ignorance.
