This claim was rejected on 3rd November, 1967. It was subsequently appealed to the arbitrator and is at present awaiting a hearing.
On 31st March, 1968, the term of office of the then arbitrator expired. The question of the appointment of another arbitrator is at present being considered in accordance with the terms of the scheme for Conciliation and Arbitration within the Civil Service. In these circumstances I cannot say at this stage when this claim will be decided.
