Business of Dáil.

I move:

(1) That consideration of Government business today and tomorrow be not interrupted at the time fixed for taking Private Members' business.

(2) That tomorrow—

(a) the Dáil shall meet at 10.30 a.m.;

(b) Questions to Ministers shall be taken at 3 p.m. at which time the business under consideration shall be interrupted;

(c) in relation to the Votes for Agriculture in Committee on Finance:—

(i) the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries shall be called upon by the Chair not later than 8 p.m. to conclude the debate,

(ii) the proceedings, if not previously brought to a conclusion, shall be brought to a conclusion at 9.15 p.m. by putting from the Chair forthwith and successively the Questions necessary to bring them to a conclusion, and

(iii) if a division is demanded it shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Order of the 28th April, 1965, be postponed until the conclusion of the proceedings on the Second Stage of the Electoral (Amendment) Bill, 1968; and

(d) in relation to the Second Stage of the Electoral (Amendment) Bill, 1968:—

(i) the Minister for Local Government shall be called upon by the Chair immediately after the proceedings referred to at (c) above to conclude the debate and

(ii) the proceedings (including the Order naming the day for Third Stage), if not previously brought to a conclusion, shall be brought to a conclusion at 10.30 p.m. by putting from the Chair forthwith and successively the Questions necessary to bring them to a conclusion.
