I cannot say what the prospect are of establishing a modern milk processing factory in Tipperary town. I am aware that the Industrial Development Authority are engaged in preliminary negotiations regarding a project of this kind but, since all approaches made to the IDA must be treated as confidential, it is not possible to give any further information. The decision regarding location of a factory is, of course, primarily a matter for the promoter.
