asked the Minister for Lands the cause of the hold-up in dividing the Clifford Estate, Listelliot, Tralee, County Kerry.
With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 52 and 53 together.
Inquiries on the ground have been completed and schemes have been formulated for both of these properties, containing 151 acres and 170 acres respectively; it is hoped that the lands will be ready for allotment within the next few weeks. Having regard to the substantial acreage involved and to the amount of local restructuring and rearrangement envisaged, extensive inquiries were necessary before schemes of division could be prepared.
