Possession of this 69-acre estate passed to the Land Commission last May. As yet no part of the lands have been allotted but work on the formulation of resale proposals is proceeding as rapidly as possible. Pending completion of the scheme of division it is not feasible to indicate how the lands will be allotted but the claims of all deserving local applicants will be fully considered in connection with the disposal of the lands.
