27.

28.

asked the Minister for Local Government the facilities that the Dublin Corporation propose to provide for football clubs at the Lawn, Ballyfermot.

29.

asked the Minister for Local Government what plans the Dublin Corporation have for development of Chapelizod village.

30.

asked the Minister for Local Government what plans the Dublin Corporation have in preparation for the development of Lynch's Lane, Ballyfermot.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 27 to 30 together.

The matters referred to by the Deputy are for the local authority to decide and information in regard to them is not available in my Department.

Is the way now open for me, as a Deputy and a former councillor, to get this information from the city manager?

I appreciate that the sabotage of the Dublin City Council by the Labour and Fine Gael Parties increases the difficulties for active Deputies like Deputy Dowling, but I am sure he will find that the city manager will deal with his inquiries.

Is the Minister aware that the more active public representatives have the information and that if Deputy Dowling wishes to raise the matter with us elsewhere we will be glad to give him the information?

I am aware that Deputy Dowling is the only Deputy showing an interest.

He has suddenly discovered where Ballyfermot and Chapelizod are.

Deputy Ryan did not attend the Corporation meetings.

I am aware that Deputy Ryan attended them only once every six months.

And ran away at rates time.
