asked the Minister for Lands if the Tisdale Estate, Charlesfort, Kells, County Meath, has been acquired by the Land Commission; if so, the date of the acquisition; and the probable date for division.

Proceedings for compulsory acquisition of this 346 acre property are in progress but not yet concluded. Just now it is not possible to forecast what the outcome of these proceedings will be.

asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission propose to allot the Noone estate, Ballinakill, Enfield, County Meath.

asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission propose to allot the Prendergast estate, Enfield, County Meath.

asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission propose to allot the Colgan estate, Ballyvourney, Enfield, County Meath.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 71, 72 and 73 together.

Composite resale proposals are envisaged for the Noone, Prendergast and Colgan estates together with an adjoining holding also on hands of the Land Commission—aggregating in all some 760 acres. Work on the formulation of a comprehensive scheme of division is in progress and it is hoped that plans will be prepared so as to permit allocation of a substantial part of the total acreage in the current financial year.
