Vol. 240 No. 8

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1 and 18. Questions will be taken at 2.30 p.m.

Could the Taoiseach say now when No. 19 will be taken?

That is the Agricultural Workers (Holidays and Wages) Bill, 1968. We will all be back next Tuesday. We will order it for next Tuesday.

Could the Taoiseach say what business it is proposed to do before the dissolution?

Dissolution or recess, which?

Dissolution.

I intimated yesterday we want to finish the Finance Bill. We would like to get the Health Bill and the Criminal Justice Bill through. If the Whips would like to work out a timetable we might be able to come to some arrangement about finishing the Budget debate. The Minister for Local Government has a few Bills, too. If the Whips get together they may be able to arrange a timetable. The Budget debate will go on next week.

Would the Taoiseach like to dump the Criminal Justice Bill now?

Look at all the good things that are in it.
