As I indicated in reply to a previous question on the 5th November, I propose to introduce, at an early date, a Bill to give effect to the Tokyo Convention, which deals with this matter.
Steps to prevent hijacking are, in the first place, a matter for the airlines. The security precautions taken by them must obviously remain confidential.
