During the six months ended the 30th September, 1969, the latest date for which returns are available, the Dublin Corporation refused 246 applications for permission or approval under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963. Details of these applications are not available in my Department. Only one appeal against these decisions was decided before the 30th September and in that case the permission was granted.
