I am informed that discussions have taken place between Dublin County Council and the representative of the deceased developer of Allenpark Estate regarding this flooding. Some works of a remedial nature have been undertaken by the developer's representative earlier this year and it is understood that he has agreed to carry out additional works in the near future.
