I am aware that this 96-acre property has been advertised for sale. The Land Commission have decided to carry out an inspection of the lands and the requisite notice under the Land Act, 1965, was served recently on the owner's solicitors. Until such time as the inspection has been completed, it is not possible to indicate what action may follow.
