A claim in connection with this matter was submitted by the Irish National Teachers' Organisation for discussion through the appropriate conciliation machinery. In these circumstances I do not consider that it would be appropriate for me to make any comment in relation to it at this stage.
Does the Minister not think there is a strong case for allowing this type of supernumerary?
I am afraid it would not be proper for me to comment at this moment because it is under consideration.
