I am not prepared to introduce a concession on the lines suggested.
Would the Minister say why? It seems to be a reasonable concession?
It might appear reasonable to the Deputy but there are very cogent reasons why I will not do it.
Will the Minister state the reasons?
If the Deputy puts down a question I shall answer him. He should not try to climb on Deputy Seán Browne's back.
