I expect to make an appointment shortly to an auxiliary postman vacancy which arose at Moyvane on 3rd November last. I assume the Deputy's question refers to the man who has intermittently been employed as a substitute at Moyvane. His claims and qualifications along with those of other applicants will be given due consideration.
