This was a regrettable printer's error. Special steps are taken to ensure as far as possible against errors occurring in the directory. While a completely error-free directory is in practice unattainable errors are extremely few. Claims for compensation cannot, I regret, be entertained. Where errors come under notice special arrangements are made in order to minimise inconvenience. Arrangements are being made under which persons calling 794575 will be answered by an operator who will advise them of the correct number.
