asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if he is aware that there is no agricultural instructor in the Dunmore pilot area, County Galway, at the moment; and what action it is proposed to take to remedy the matter.
Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Galway Agricultural Instructor.
18.
The assignment of agricultural advisory officers to the pilot areas is a matter for the county committees of agriculture concerned. In the case of Dunmore, the officer assigned to the area has been given leave of absence to attend a postgraduate course for one year. I understand that during his absence the area is being serviced by the adviser from the adjoining area of Clonberne.
Questions Nos. 19 and 20 postponed.
