The price which I have sanctioned for houses in corporation package-deal schemes is an amount not less than the full cost to the corporation of providing the houses, including administrative costs and interest charges, less the appropriate State and local authority grants. The detailed costing for individual schemes is a matter for the corporation, subject to the requirements of this sanction.
