asked the Minister for Local Government the amount of money paid by each local authority in respect of malicious injuries claims in each of the past three years giving the effect of such payments on the rates in each case.

The information requested in the first part of the question was given in reply to Question No. 25 of 23rd July, 1969. The rate in the pound levied by each county council in respect of compensation for malicious injuries in the past three years was as follows:—
