If the members of a consultative committee at a Dairy Disposal Company creamery appoint a secretary, the functions and powers assigned to him are entirely a matter for the committee. Through an oversight, which is regretted, this information was not conveyed to the person named by the Deputy in response to an inquiry last year, but the matter is now being remedied.
