I have not yet received the report by this committee of officials but understand that it will be presented to me within a week. Until I have had an opportunity of considering it, I cannot comment on the question of publishing its contents, in summary form or otherwise. I would in any event envisage discussions on the report with the interests concerned, including those of employers and workers.
