I presume the Deputy is referring to the criticism in the report of the rate of gross profit on prescriptions in retail chemist outlets in relation to private transactions with members of the public. The functions of the Minister for Health do not extend to this matter and the question might more appropriately be addressed to the Minister for Industry and Commerce.
