asked the Minister for Justice if he aware of the condition of the Garda station at Clogheen County Tipperary; and if he will take steps to ensure that proper toilet facilities will be installed as quickly as possible.

The Office of Public Works have recently had electric water heating equipment installed in the station. I am pressing the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Finance to have the work of providing indoor toilet facilities executed as early as possible.

I do not know if the Deputy knows anything about Clogheen, but I am interested in hearing the Minister's reply.

This is not a point of order. If the Minister would oblige Deputy Davern, who said he did not hear the answer to Question No. 43——

I will certainly repeat it for Deputy Davern. I regret that he did not hear it, but he is aware of the reasons why he did not.
