No proposal has been received in my Department for the acceptance of tender for this scheme. Layout and house plans have been submitted by the county council for a scheme of 24 houses. I will give my decision on these plans shortly.

No proposal has been received in my Department for the acceptance of a tender for this scheme. Plans for a scheme of 28 houses were approved by me last week and the council were informed that tenders may be invited for the first stage of the scheme comprising 14 houses.
