There is no information about this matter in my Department.
Is there any prospect that pre-1963 development might by any conceivable means be reformed or remedied through amending legislation because this is a pre-1963 development? It has been going on for about 20 years and the developers have not yet finished work at Foxrock Park. The residents are up in arms about it.
This is primarily a matter for the local authority. Matters of this nature should be pursued with the local authority and they should be asked to take action.
Are they not precluded because of the pre-1963 legislation?
Not necessarily so.
Has the Minister any views on it?
It would depend on the case.
Has the Minister any intention of introducing amending legislation?
Not at the moment.
