asked the Minister for Lands the present position regarding the acquisition and division of the Price estate, Dualla, Cashel, County Tipperary.

The objection lodged on behalf of the owners came for open hearing before the Lay Commissioners on 24th March, 1970, and was allowed. This had the effect of terminating the acquisition proceedings.

20.

asked the Minister for Lands the present position regarding the acquisition and division of the Constable estate, Ballypatrick, Clonmel, County Tipperary.

The objection lodged on behalf of the owner came for open hearing before the Lay Commissioners on 4th February, 1970. Judgment was delivered on 29th April, 1970, adjourning determination of the matter for three years. The acquisition proceedings will, therefore, remain in abeyance for the period mentioned.
