The provision of such financial assistance by way of a scheme of scholarships or grants would be a matter in the first instance for the vocational education committees concerned.
Will the Minister guarantee that he will provide the necessary funds to any vocational education authority that allocate such scholarships?
This matter will be considered when proposals are put to me by the vocational education committees.
