I move:
That it is expedient to make provision for the charging of such fees as are prescribed by the Minister for Transport and Power, with the sanction of the Minister for Finance where required by the Act hereinafter first mentioned, to provide for the inspection of, or to procure a copy of an entry in, a register of all merchandise licences or for the provision of certain licences granted on or after the commencement of any Act of the present session to amend and extend the Road Transport Act, 1933, and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
