This suggestion has already been considered by my Department but certain difficulties were seen. I propose, however, to have the matter further considered.
I take it that the Minister is aware that a driving instructor in the Army has to undergo a civilian driving test before he can get a civilian licence?
I am so aware.
I hope the Minister will direct his urgent attention to that situation.
