I have seen reports that a statement to this effect was made. As the Deputy is no doubt aware, a wide variety of facilities is available for agricultural training and education. These facilities are being expanded as rapidly as possible and, my estimation of the position is that the course we are pursuing is the one most likely to lead to satisfactory results.
