I move:
That it be an instruction to the Committee on the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Bill, 1971, that it has power to make provision in the Bill in relation to (a) the revising of section 8 (1A) of the Rent Restrictions Act, 1960 (which provided for the revision of the basic rent of certain dwellings) for the period of one year from the enacting of the Bill, and (b) the date from which a rent so revised shall be payable.
