On the Order of Business, I asked yesterday if you would allow me to make a statement this morning in order that I might put on the record——
This does not arise on the Order of Business. I cannot allow the Deputy to make any statement at this stage.
Why not? I have been challenged by the Minister and by two others yesterday.
The matter may not be discussed. I must ask the Deputy to resume his seat.
I shall obey your wishes this time because I want to remain in the House but I will get another opportunity and as soon as possible I will put what I want to say on the record of the House.
