I move:
(1) That notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Standing Orders, Questions to Ministers shall be taken at 1 p.m. today at which time the business under consideration shall be interrupted; and
(2) That Members as indicated hereunder shall be called on by the Chair to speak in the debate today on the motion that the Dáil takes note of the White Paper—the Accession of Ireland to the European Communities—and the Supplement thereto and on the amendment thereto not later than the times specified:
(i) 2.45 p.m., a Member nominated by the Labour Party,
(ii) 3.30 p.m., a Member nominated by Fine Gael, and
(iii) 4.15 p.m., a Member of the Government to conclude the debate.
