(Dublin Central) asked the Minister for Local Government if Dublin Corporation will provide a second motor taxation office to facilitate people living on the south side of the city as the present arrangement is totally inadequate in dealing with the volume of business.

The opening of a second motor taxation office in the Dublin area is a matter for decision by the licensing authority in the first instance. I understand that the licensing authority are at present considering this question.
