No such estimate is available in my Department since it is not possible to anticipate the decrees of the courts in regard to claims submitted under the malicious injuries code of law. The question of any amendment of the law on malicious injuries is a matter for the Minister for Justice, and, in this connection, I would refer the Deputy to the said Minister's reply to Questions Nos. 65 and 66 of yesterday.
