A firm of management consultants was asked to make such a report and recently presented it. The report is under examination but I do not propose to publish it. Of necessity it largely comprises confidential data and observations relating to commercial, trading and planning matters. Consultancy reports of this kind are not normally published by private or co-operative concerns engaged in a field of competitive activities.
