I welcome the Parliamentary Secretary back after his illness. He will need all his health in the new constituency.
Is the Parliamentary Secretary aware that the people in this area have almost reached the end of their patience? Earlier this year they were promised that the building of the school would start in the current financial year. Is the Parliamentary Secretary also aware that a school in the parish was closed and amalgamated? There is an urgent necessity that building should commence very shortly.
