(Cavan): Negotiations for the voluntary purchase of the holding referred to have been concluded but arrangements to take over possession cannot be made until such time as the vendor shows title to the lands. The Land Commission have been pressing to have the matter completed but, although progress is being made, it is not possible to say at this stage when possession will be obtained.
