(Cavan): Proceedings are in progress for the compulsory acquisition of the holding referred to. An objection on behalf of the owner was heard by the Lay Commissioners in July, 1971, and was disallowed. In April, 1973, an appeal against the order of the commissioners disallowing the objection to acquisition was dismissed by the Appeal Tribunal. The question of price remains to be determined.
