Maps and descriptive lists of areas the subject of current facilities for mining and mineral prospecting, other than for petroleum, in the land area of the country are made available to the public by the Geological Survey Office, attached to my Department. The most recent map and list are dated 26th October, 1973. I am arranging to let the Deputy have a copy of each of these documents.
